"Fluidism" is Kernodle's label for a form of art he realized in the year 2000. While perfecting his style during the following years, he eventually associated it with deeper ideas about life and existence.
Strongly influenced by the writings of Gerald I. Lebau and Joel D. Morrison, Kernodle argues that pop postmodernism always has been a self-contradictory philosophy.
"Postmodernism"
Kernodle points out that this pop postmodernist claim clearly negates itself, because it is a claim against making claims. It is a narrative about narratives, which raises itself above all others, which it forbids. By asserting its own status over all other narratives, postmodernism does the very thing it says it cannot do. It thereby proves human ability to reach common functional agreements collectively.
"Ideas", says Kernodle, "exist together as if in a big liquid pool, where pleasing structures develop harmoniously, even if chaotically."
