Jeffrey A. Rinde has been named an Honored Member in Law by Princeton Premier.

Rinde is a partner of Hodgson Russ LLP, a New York based law firm with more than two hundred attorneys in eight offices throughout New York, Ontario and Florida that service all major areas of the law, including litigation, business, banking, labor and employment, trusts, estates and tax.  Jeffrey has been with Hodgson Russ for eleven years, assuming his current position as head of corporate finances for the New York City office in 2004.  Jeffrey’s primary area of practice is in securities law regulation and compliance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami, School Of Law.  He is on the board of Advisors of the Bill and Vieve Gore School of Business and a member of the Westminster College Center for China America Business Studies.  Jeffrey frequently speaks on subjects in his areas of expertise at prestigious conferences such as the Global Chinese Financial Forum in Shanghai and the integrated Corporate Relations conference in New York. He is a member of the N.Y.S. Bar Association as well as the American Bar Association and is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut and Georgia.
