Recently I have being researching Olmec writing, through my First Nations research studies I came up with a interesting translations for the unsolvable ancient Cascajal block writing. I noticed the symbols were positioned erratic and in sequenced this lead me to believe the glyphs were either a star constellation chart or music notes of sorts. So I put the symbols in music form and it became obvious to my idea that the symbols were a chart for music then it dawned on me that they can be very well a star chart.
Meso Cascajal Block Inscriptive Stone
This discovery of me making a cipher to the oldest known Meso writing is a remarkable breakthrough and more is needed to prove my theory. Looking to the stars for alignment of the symbols to the stars may date the actual age of the stone it's self. Not to mention what may be in this set of constellation this may explain the history of our origins or the culture the stone is writen from. Music or sound is another avenue that should be investigated as well, but this initial discovery of mine will open a new area in order to solve the oldest known writing in the America's the Cascajal block inscriptions.
