Postcards from New York kicks off the ezines publications 1st Anniversary with a spirited appeal to visitors to the Big Apple and anyone who has ever received a “postcard"
The publication, which touts itself as “your one minute vacation to the Big Apple," extends an invitation to share cherished memories, haphazard experiences and funny stories about what makes New York special to you. “We want to know about your New York” said Jacqueline Cable, Art Dealer, editor and publisher of Postcards From New York, "as we lay ground work for a book along the lines of George Lankevich’s "Postcards from Times Square."
“Walking through Art Expo a couple weeks ago at New York's Javits Center, images of New York in every conceivable medium by artists from across the globe were a vivid reminder that New York is center front in the “world’s imagination and psyche” Ms. Cable went on to say: “There are 8.2 million people in the “naked” city and over 45 million tourists each year, and I’ll bet everyone of them has a special New York story to tell."
