AAB Accredited as an ACCA Approved Employer

ACCA's Approved Employer Programme allows AAB to reach global best practice in the provision of learning and development opportunities for ACCA trainees and members. The programme is split into three main streams:

* Trainee Development
* Practising Certificate Development
* Professional Development

APPROVED EMPLOYER ASSESSMENT MATRIX

AAB was assessed against a number of best practice statements contained within ACCA's Approved Employer Assessment Matrix. These statements are structured around the following principles:

* How the development needs of individuals are identified
* How development opportunities are provided
* How development activity is monitored
* How individuals are appraised and development needs reassessed.

AAB has a formal system in place for organizing and delivering training programmes, maintain and renew high level accreditation for the firm from ACCA, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and Institute of Cost and Management Accountants Pakistan as well as designing and implementing training strategy for our ACCA, CMA and CA trainees and employees based on regular training needs analysis.
