Alliant Personnel Solutions Inc. (APSI) is now GlobalNet Technologies, LLC

Alliant Personnel Solutions Inc. (APSI) executives finalize negotiations with a local investment group to form a new professional service and training company called GlobalNet Technologies, LLC.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PR Log (Press Release)Mar 22, 2008 – Charlotte, N.C. –  Alliant Personnel Solutions Inc. (APSI) Executives announced that Alliant Personnel Solutions Inc. (APSI) will now be GlobalNet Technologies, LLC.  Founder and CEO of Alliant Personnel Solutions Inc., Scott Coulter told local community leaders at a Collaborative Ventures Meeting last week that the excitement being generated around GlobalNet Technologies comes from the ability to offer new professional services and training programs to professionals, students, young adults and clients around the US.

With the strategic partnerships and national collaborations already in place, GlobalNet Technologies, LLC will now be able to offer these services to its customers around the US.  However, outside of the core business competencies, GlobalNet Technologies, LLC has several additional initiatives that have been incorporated in to company outreach programs.  One of those initiatives is to serve the military veterans as they transition to the civilian world.  The executives at GlobalNet have made that difficult transition before and know how hard it can be for the vets and their families looking for employment after being separated from the civilian world for many years.  The goal of the GlobalNet Military Program is to identify veteran friendly organizations and match them with a transitioning veteran that fit their employment requirements.  The other is to give back to the local community through our Outreach Programs.  These programs are designed to assist our community leaders with mentoring troubled and disadvantaged youth by providing them with employment workshops and vocational training to assist them with being productive citizens in our society.

GlobalNet executives want to change the perception the corporate community has toward professional service firms by offering a “peer based” personnel solution.  James Burns, Executive Vice President/CTO of the new GlobalNet Technologies, LLC said, “This new organization is one of a kind.  In almost 20 years of corporate level leadership, I have never seen a company with this type of service offering.  This is truly a company that can service the needs of C-level executives, mid-level managers and project based supervisors with personnel solutions in all business markets.  I am confident that organizations that utilize GlobalNet Technologies will see that we are a company made up of leaders and committed to offering world class solutions.”

GlobalNet Technologies, LLC has already attracted some great partnerships and is looking to expand their ability to reach clients around the world.  Last week Scott Coulter, President/CEO said, “I am truly excited with the development of GlobalNet Technologies so far.  Our community outreach and military programs are very special to most of us here.  As veterans, we are committed to working with military transition agencies and corporate partners around the US to engage in placement of these brave men and women.  Our vision is to change the perception many decision makers have toward personnel service providers by taking the buzz word & cliché process out of the business model and incorporating real industry expertise to deliver a peer based solution in every engagement.   We truly want to offer a unique blend of professional services and telecommunications training solutions that set us apart from any other competitor in the US.  This gives us an instant competitive advantage and allows our organization to attract better partnerships from major organizations around the US.  We feel this is a great formula for success.”
