Knoxville yoga teacher David Morgan announced yesterday that students can attend free of charge when they bring someone new with them to class. The guest also attends without paying.
This promotion is good for three yoga classes in Powell, TN and Knoxville, TN during the week of March 24, 2008.
"It's a great way to introduce yoga to new students who might not otherwise come, plus reward current students for helping build classes," reported Morgan. "Once we get people in the door, the practice of yoga speaks for itself."
In recent years, yoga has drawn praise from the medical community for its "whole person" approach to health, strengthening and stretching not only the physical body, but also bringing balance to the mind and spirit.
This offer for free yoga classes is valid for a Monday evening class at Beaver Creek Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Powell, a Wednesday evening class at Yoga Haven in Bearden, and a Friday morning class at Beaver Creek CPC.
