Waco, Texas - More than 200 cats and kittens will compete in eight rings of judging at the one-day fundraiser show on April 12, 2008 held at the Heart of Texas Fairgrounds in Waco, Texas.
Cats and kittens will compete in the Championship cat, kitten, alter, household pet and household pet divisions.
"One-day cat shows are a lot of fun because of the fast pace, and you get to see a lot of cats and kittens judged in very short time," said Cheryl Hogan, South Central Region Director of The International Cat Association (TICA). "You'll see a lot of breeds too including Bengels, Siamese, Persians, Ragdolls, Maine Coons and more!"
The show is to benefit TICA's 2008 Annual International Cat Show to be held August 30-31, 2008 at the Arlington Convention Center, Arlington, Texas. The 2008 Annual will have more than 500 cats traveling to the show from around the world to compete in the five divisions and for Best of the Best titles at the end of the show.
