The site was created by a group of San Diego residents interested in ghosts and the supernatural. “We are not ghost hunters,” said Jessie Meyer, one of the site’s founders. “We wanted to provide an informational web site about ghosts, the paranormal and supernatural.”
Visitors to the site will find information on the paranormal, a place to share paranormal stories, photos and videos, paranormal news and links to haunted places across the world. “While our main focus is on our home town, we also provide information on haunted sites around the world that people can visit when they’re not enjoying San Diego’s sun and surf,” Meyer said.
The Haunted San Diego founders realize not everyone believes in the paranormal. “We welcome both believers and non-believers,”
The web site features a blog and an online store that allows visitors to purchase Haunted San Diego merchandise, including t-shirts and bumper stickers.
The Haunted San Diego website is at http://www.hauntedsandiego.com. Press inquiries should be directed to Jessie Meyer at info@hauntedsandiego.com.
