What: Durtbagz, which make great cloth shopping bags and are perfect carry-on bags, are usually priced between $39.99 and $44.99, depending on the style of bag. On April 2, Durtbagz.com will lower the price of each bag to reflect the average price of a gallon of gas for that week.
