Can this Federal-mandate reach children at home?
Can a federal Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) for the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) make a recommendation to require all school-age children in the U.S. from ages 5 through 18 be given flu shots? The answer to that question is a resounding No! No one can “force” you to do anything you don’t want to do. You must volunteer! These advisory committee or their reporting federal agency is without “any” lawful authority. Federal laws are contractual which is why they need your consent. Just say, NO!
This “recommendation”
Although Dr. Martin Brotman told ABC news this recommendation was a good idea as long as children were not allergic and not too young to get the vaccine, he didn’t explain what would happen if given to a child too young or one that contracted an allergic reaction. It was more important for him to point out that children get the flu at a higher rate than other age groups but don’t tend to get as sick. When they get infected and stay home, he said, their parents stay home, it becomes very expensive. How expense became the issue here is troubling. abc7news.com:
So if economics trumps the safety of our children, this is about the money! Now we can see why this flu vaccine push has turned into an agenda and without end. As recent as a few weeks ago, the government conceded the first vaccine-autism case. We must wake up and become resistors! There are enough studies published that document flu shots are ineffective. If, indeed, flu shots are risky, did it ever occur to you to wonder who it is that benefit from the side affects?
