March 18, 2008 - PRLog -- The Shini USA Low Speed Screen and Screenless Granulators are available in 460 or 230 volt and use a unique blade cutting design ensuring well proportioned granules with minimal amounts of dust.  All parts are accessible for easy cleaning and maintenance.  The machines are operator friendly and safe to operate ensuring excellent performance.  Use beside the press, grinding sprues, runners and rejected parts.

The noise-free granulators feature a unique smasher blade cutting design along with a teeth cutting wheel allows the grinder to cut the plastic into small, cleanly, balanced granules.  

The Shini USA Low Speed Granulators are available in various sizes with the smallest throat size of 8 x 6” up to 8 x 16” with throughputs of 100 – 286 lbs/hr.
