They're easy to find on the internet, will save people a lot of money, improve your health, and be a big help to the environment. Use no chemicals. There are organic solutions to any and every yard problem anyone might have. Using chemicals of any kind creates more problems than one is trying to solve. O’Hara gives these final suggestions for a perfect Earth Day Celebration: Lee O’Hara’s Top Ten List to celebrate Earth Day: 1.Take a moment to sit outside and observe nature. 2. If you live in an apartment and have no place to have a garden, buy organic vegetables at your local Farmers Market. 3. Avoid the use of chemicals in produce. 4. Use no chemicals in your garden. 5. Don’t drive more than necessary on Earth Day. 6. Enjoy the day with family and friends in the backyard. 7. Plant flowers that will do well in the location you have. 8. Turn off the TV. 9. Try to live without your computer for a day. 10. Learn how to grow an organic garden at home.
