Hertzler Systems Inc.,announced that it has obtained distribution rights for the Aberdeen Group’s “The Cost of Quality – Benchmarking Enterprise Quality Management” report. The report showcases the operational performance benefits manufacturers are enjoy due to the adoption of enterprise quality management. It also examines the strategies, enablers, and technologies that Best in Class manufacturers use to achieve competitive advantage and respond to market pressures to reduce the cost of quality and improve finished product quality.
