FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
PRLog (Press Release) –
Mar 15, 2008 – Treffly Coyne always said what they did to her family in the Walmart Parking lot that night was evil and malicious. She's never changed her story. There was never any evidence to prove her wrong, but now there is starting to materialize plenty of evidence to prove her right.
The Cook County Prosecutor dropped all charges against Treffly Coyne on March 13th at her trial. The state said they couldn't meet the "burden" of their evidence proving Ms. Coyne wrong. A wise and considerate move on the part of prosecutors that probably shouldn't have taken 97 days to implement. To Timothy Sulikowski, Crestwoods world infamous police chief, it would seem that evidence is just that, a burden. He never had any evidence that Ms. Coyne ever did anything wrong. She always claimed that they were prosecuting her maliciously and more and more as Timothy Sulikowski speaks is Treffly Coyne looking right. Sulikowski doesn't think his officers were wrong to arrest Treffly Coyne. He doesn't think they were wrong to take her child, he doesn't even seem to think it was wrong of his officers to abandon Ms. Coynes other children at the scene of the Crestwood Police's crime. Chief Sulikowski seems to say that Treffly Coyne and her family were asking for what his officers did to them on December 8th. To chief Sulikowski, a citizen asking for a lawyer after being charged with a crime and threatened with the loss of your child is unacceptable. Chief Sulikiowski is not big on evidence or lawyers. Both only seem to get in the way of persecuting innocent people. Timothy Sulkowski is not big on investigation either. Another formality that gets in the way of his agenda. It seems it was asking too much of the Crestwood Police on that night to walk into that Walmart and ask to see the security video. Video that in addition to what Treflly Coyne told them, would show his officers that she never did anything wrong. That investigation would waste precious minutes. Minutes that were needed to increase the shock value to Treffly Coyne and her family. She needed to be jailed and her family broken up more quickly than a small investigation would allow. She always said this was malicious, and now Chief Timothy Sulikowskis words seem to back up her claim. It seems obvious that the people of Crestwood Illinois and their Mayor Robert Stranczek have no problem with such behavior by their police. If they objected then Chief Sulikowski would be looking for work today. The people of Illinois are a different story. Will they stand up and object to a corrupt police department commiting acts of brutality on an innocent family in their state? I am sure Treffly Coyne and her family are not the first victims of Chief Sulikowskis malice. Does Chief Sulikowski understand the concepts of civil rights at all? Did he do well on that section of his police exam? Or do civil rights only get in the way of Timothy Sulikowskis agenda? Are they just an obstacle in his path to revenge on a stay at home mother who DARED TO TELL THE WORLD of the abuses of Chief Sulikowskis Crestwood Police? It seems like Crestwoods Police chief isn't done with Treffly Coyne yet. He still has an agenda to pursue. But then again, Timothy Sulikowski never seemed like the sharpest tool in the shed. He always seems to double down on a bad hand. The question now is, even though the people of Crestwood Illinois and their Mayor, "Mayor Stranczek the Second" seem perfectly willing to accept the behavior of the police as run by TImothy Sulikowski, will the people of the state of Illinois allow a police department within their state to run as if it were a third world country? Timothy Sulikowski should be fired and his story should be used as an example for any in law enforcement who would think that it is decent, professional and legal to arrest a mother in front of her children when she has done nothing wrong, to take her child and endanger her other children in the process. It is not.
