LUXE Magazine and Briggs-Freeman Build Showcase Home to Benefit TSRHC

Hillwood Residential, Mark Molthan of Platinum Series Custom Homes, LUXE Magazine and Briggs-Freeman Real Estate Brokerage are teaming up to build a show home to be featured in a 2008 home tour benefiting TSRHC.

PRLog (Press Release)Mar 14, 2008 – Hillwood Residential, Mark Molthan of Platinum Series Custom Homes, LUXE Magazine and Briggs-Freeman Real Estate Brokerage are teaming up to build a show home to be featured in a 2008 home tour benefiting TSRHC.

The plush 13,000-square-foot home was the vision of luxury home builder Mark Molthan, who was inspired by the patients at TSRHC (http://www.tsrhc.org/default.asp?contentID=25) after he toured the hospital on a field trip with his daughter. The home is one of 17 estates to be built in Hillwood’s new development, The Creeks of Preston Hollow, on Inwood Road at Royal Lane in Dallas.

Set on a 1.2-acre creek-side lot, the show home will feature six bedrooms, seven full baths, an eight-car garage, five fireplaces, a two-story library, an entertainment with a home theater, a billiard room and gold simulator room, a wine grotto, a luxurious spa and fitness facilities.

The public will have the opportunity to tour this incredible one-of-a-kind home during the 2008 holiday season. Proceeds from ticket sales for the event benefit TSRHC and the Junior League of Dallas.
