Following thorough testing, Autotex DP F150 and F200 have now officially approved and recommended by Hewlett Packard. This is due to the high quality of the textured films, which consist of a coated polyester base with a primer surface on the second side, offering excellent ink adhesion when used with Hewlett Packard Indigo digital printing presses (S2000, WS2000, WS4050).
Like all of the polyester films in the Autotex range, Autotex DP offers outstanding flex life, maintaining an attractive appearance and consistent, low gloss textured surface over extended durations. The film also provides excellent scratch and chemical resistance, even at the edges, thanks to its chemically bonded, UV-cured textured coating, and can be used with MacDermid’s Windotex screen printable windowing lacquer to incorporate clear, scratch resistant windows for a wide range of applications.
The film’s protective hard coated surface gives a switch life performance of over five million actuations, even when embossed, for long life in the most demanding environments. The Autotex film is available as F150 or F200, depending on whether a 150 micron or 200 micron film is required.
Due to its combination of ink adhesion and resistance to wear and cleaning, the Autotex DP film is ideal for a wide variety of applications, such as membrane switch overlays, surface applications, nameplates, labels and product marking, and fascia panels.
