The new Credit Advantage™ feature, provided free of charge on every Informative Research credit report, presents high, middle and low scores from all three credit bureaus in an easy-to-read table on the first page. Links below each score provide single-click access to the company’s online credit simulation and optimization service offerings.
Developed to help originators quickly identify the “middle,” or “medium” scores used by many lenders to calculate borrower interest rates and determine loan program eligibility, the Credit Advantage feature saves valuable processing time. It places important bureau data up front, and eliminates the need for a prolonged review of other borrower information, including collection accounts, bankruptcies, tax liens, foreclosures, wage garnishments, lawsuits, and judgments that may be considered secondary to credit scores.

Earlier this month, Informative Research integrated the new Credit Advantage feature into its online ordering system at www.informativeresearch.com. The feature is automatically added at no additional cost to all one, two, and three-bureau reports, and it presents both borrower and co-borrower score ranges for joint report orders.
