This combination of our two proven companies creates the largest provider of turn‐key environmental services in the Carolinas; providing a full range of services, including industrial cleaning, soil and water remediation, emergency response, and environmental transportation. Service centers based in the metropolitan areas of Greensboro, NC, Charlotte, NC, Columbia, SC and Greenville, SC allow us to efficiently cover more of the Southeast.
The recently completed transaction demonstrates our commitment to be the premier provider of environmental services and positions us to continue to grow upon our long‐standing tradition of excellence. As part of the transaction, NuWay will experience a name change to NuWay Environmental Services, LLC to highlight the focus of providing a full range of environmental services. A&D’s name will remain unchanged.
Our customers will benefit in the expanded service area which encompasses the states of North Carolina and South Carolina, southern Virginia, eastern Tennessee and Georgia.
