Ementor is a Norway-based company engaged in the provision of information technology (IT) infrastructure products and services. In December 2006, the group was represented in 48 cities and towns in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Latvia.
Ementor is Nordic region's largest and Europe's third largest supplier of IT infrastructure products and services based on the operating revenues. The size of the Nordic market is estimated to be approximately NOK150 billion, of which Ementor's share is approximately 10%.
The group is witnessing weak profitability over the past three years. The group has recorded consecutive operating losses during the three year period 2004 to 2006. As a result, it reported negative margins in the same period.
