PRLog (Press Release) –
Mar 10, 2008 – Join Sammy Bromburger when he dreams his way into MURPLAND and embarks on an incredible journey to find his self-confidence. Sammy's life at school up to this point is what can only be described as hell. Will he finally be able to stand up to bully boy Bobby Dwyer? Find out by reading this first book by Gradi O'Connell and Rob Bluck. A Truely funny easy read for any child and parent alike! The MURPS will be a worldwide hit with the kids and they will be left wanting more! This first book has BBC CHILDREN IN NEED on board and 25p will be donated to them from every book sold. Join these funny and colourful crazy irish characters in MURPLAND and watch the kids faces light up. The aim of the book besides being a dedication to my dad who first told me about the MURPS 30 years ago is to encourage children to speak up if they are being bullied or are being hurt.
Gradi is a mother of two children aged 16 and 10 who have both enjoyed the tale of the MURPS growing up. Gradi works from home as an Internet Marketer and her partner Rob is a shop keeper. Both have enjoyed working on this project and look forward to bringing the MURPS to the world.
