CenterTrac, an efficient and superior communication system used by Ashley Tutors, e-mails to parents summaries of their student's sessions with their instructor. Within 24 hours of each session, the instructor prepares a report in CenterTrac detailing the student's energy, preparation and progress, as well as a general summary. That report is reviewed by an Ashley Tutors administrator, and is then e-mailed to the parents, teacher or doctors involved in the student's education.
