Composed of nine business leaders and established academic researchers, the Advisory Board provides SkillSurvey with recommendations, guidance and support for the company's executive team. The board is co-chaired by Lou Manzi, vice president of GSK Talent Solutions and Cynthia Hedricks, chief analytics officer at SkillSurvey.

Lou Manzi oversees strategy and delivery of global talent sourcing and recruitment functions at GlaxoSmithKline. Manzi is known for his entrepreneurial approach to talent acquisition. He is an innovator in the area of "candidate care", applying a customer service model to the job candidate's recruitment experience. He is also recognized in the area of recruitment metrics to improve recruitment operations. Manzi serves on a number of boards, including the US Army War College, The Best Practices Institute and The Executive Grapevine.
At SkillSurvey, Cynthia Hedricks oversees the integration of market demands and organizational development consulting with HR technology innovations and psychometric research principles. She is recognized for her work in collecting, analyzing and presenting behavior and biological data gathered in the applied setting. Hedricks has worked extensively as a consultant, helping to improve quality of hire at organizations such as CH2M HILL, GlaxoSmithKline, Johnson & Johnson, Kohl's, the Help Desk Institute-UK, and Wal-Mart (Brazil, Canada, China, and Mexico).
The Advisory Board's inaugural meeting is in March 2008. The board will meet quarterly and will also consult with the company's executives on an on-going basis.
