Solisma Uses G2G3 Simulation To Support ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation Qualification Success

ISO/IEC 20000 is the first worldwide standard specifically aimed at IT Service Management and provides a compelling alternative to other well known frameworks including the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®). ISO/IEC 20000 enables organizations to improve the quality of their IT Service Management processes, targeting specific requirements for certification as well as best practices for service improvement in accordance with the standard. A growing number of organizations are embracing ISO/IEC 20000 in order to demonstrate that they are committed to quality service management.
