“CLICK is about helping people to create and design relationships that benefit all. I call this the W3 or the Win, Win, Win. We know where this phenomena has occurred or is occurring because the results are significant;”
Fraser notes that “Clicking is Networking 2.0. In Networking 1.0, people network to “get” and in Networking 2.0 or CLICK, people network to give and to fulfill a higher purpose that benefits all. Barack Obama demonstrates CLICK because he embodies the three critical factors for CLICKING: Chemistry, Fit and Timing.”
In his new book “CLICK” published by McGraw-Hill, Fraser notes that Barack fits the formula for Clicking. The formula, noted as: C² × F × √ T = W³ relates to Obama in the following format:
C² represents Chemistry. Senator Obama’s chemistry with the American people is undeniable. His energy, his tone and his body language generates a rapport that cannot be fabricated in any classroom or boardroom. People relate to him because of his humanity. He is charismatic.
F represents Fit. The message of “Change” and “Yes We Can!” resonates deeply with the American public. The Paradigm of Oneness (we are all part of something greater than ourselves) that his message represents, has resulted in many being confronted with and making important decisions about race, age and experience.
T represents Timing. Obama’s timing is impeccable. The time is right for the overwhelming readiness for something as dramatically different as Obama’s message of uniting us. Let’s face it, most people would like to unite but not everyone believes that this is feasible or sustainable.
The final result of the CLICK formula (W³) is the Win, Win, Win or the WHOLE Win. When you CLICK, everyone wins, unlike most networking. It is like a miracle, everything lines up in such a synergetic way and when it does you are left in awe. Barack wins, we win, and the world wins.
Obama’s chemistry, fit and timing have so many filled with hope and the idea of “yes we can put aside our differences”
