As previously stated, I was introduced to Real Estate and Real Estate Investing at a very young age through my parents. Seeing the lifestyle changes that Real Estate makes on both buyers and sellers is why I went into the business, this is truly a great industry... one of the last in fact that makes buyers happy to have a home and sellers happy to make a sale! After about 2 years of working with the telecom company I made my first rental purchase which was in Oildale and was 2 homes on 1 lot (great profit potential). Within about 18 months I purchased another property based on the same criteria; 2 homes on 1 lot and that is what really got me going in the Real Estate Industry. To date my partner and I have about 12 homes in Bakersfield, some new, some old, some for sale, some for rent and some were fixer uppers.
