April 5, 2008, various agents and corporate members of Advance Realty will be volunteering to help the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay remove trash from the Bay waters. “Project Clean Stream” is an annual environmental event which collects volunteers to remove discarded items, tires and other garbage from streams and roadsides in Central Maryland and the Eastern Shore.
In 2007, 90,000 pounds of trash was removed from area streams with over 2,500 volunteers attending. Project Clean Stream is managed by the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay and funded by a grant from the Chesapeake Bay Trust.
For more information or to participate, visit the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay website.
Advance Realty, known for its low 1.75% fee and expert full-service offering, was established in 2001 in Baltimore Maryland. Robert Munson (CEO) and Michael Nace (COO), decided to develop a new real estate franchise that would end the pattern of climbing fees so commonly associated with real estate. Advance has moved into four states with 9 locations in Maryland alone. Through the “List more, sell more” system, agents are offered the most incentive-rich, income-producing program available in the trade. The company offers complete real estate services and money-saving programs to clients in addition to numerous agent benefits including profit sharing, integrated real estate technologies and comprehensive training.
