PRLog (Press Release) – Mar 01, 2008 – When jml villas.com introduced their annual advertising price for a holiday rental ad in January 2005 of £11.75 including VAT for a year the cost for anyone paying in euros was €17.05. As the euro has been gaining strength against the £ sterling three years later in February this now works out as €15.57.

Philip Suter of jml villas.com said this is very good news for advertisers of theses self catering properties, as a large proportion of them are based in euro currency countries. The cost is still exceptionally reasonable considering an ad in a newspaper or magazine will cost nearly four times this amount for just one insertion. Some publications only have a small circulation and properties advertised on the jml villas.com website have a wide worldwide audience 365 days a year.

The site was first established in 2001 when there were not too many websites dedicated to advertising holiday home rentals. Originally branded euro rentavilla.com the name was changed to jml villas .com in 2004.

Philip went onto say “that unfortunately many advertisers still do not know how to market the property well.
