Susan Riddell Rose attended Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in geological engineering. She is currently the president and chief executive officer of Paramount Energy Trust, Canada's only one hundred percent natural gas energy trust. As the highest ranking executive officer in the company, Susan is responsible for all aspects of the company’s operations. She has over 15 years of experience in the Canadian oil and natural gas industries and specializes in geological engineering. Susan has held positions with such major petroleum companies as Shell and Paramount Resources, a Canadian company that explores for, develops and processes petroleum and natural gas. Susan’s personal pursuits are equally enthusiastic and impressive. She is a supporter of Ronald McDonald House and an active mom who is involved with her children’s sports practices. In her spare time, Susan enjoys playing golf, traveling and attending her children’s hockey games.
