Roden Iron was awarded the steel erection contract for CVS Pharmacy, West St. Paul, Minnesota. The general contractor for the project is Seerco from Oak Park, MI.
The project includes the erection of a 15,000 square foot new CVS pharmacy chain with structural steel, metal joist, metal deck and miscellaneous metals installation. The project also included a 2,000 square foot mezzanine and radius storefront.
The erection was done in record time according to the inspector and the quality of the erection was expressed by Seerco’s superintendent as well as the steel stud framing crew foreman.
