Feb 28, 2008 – Sophie has presented the BBC’s Six O’Clock News with George Alagiah since January 2003. Prior to this, Sophie presented Breakfast alongside Jeremy Bowen from its launch in October 2000. She has interviewed all kinds of people from the Prime Minister to Ginger Spice, as well as presented a number of BBC Specials and debates including the recent live debate on the future of the monarchy “Our Monarchy – The Next 50 Years” with David Dimbleby.
