Online digital marketplace Zipidee was selected to present at the Dow Jones VentureOne Summit as one of the top 50 “Companies to Watch in 2008.” The two-day conference, held in Redwood City, CA, is the 11th annual Summit, which serves as a gathering of leading venture capitalists and entrepreneurs.
Zipidee is the Internet’s largest digital marketplace for PGC (prosumer generated content) educational, instructional, and special interest programming. CEO Henry Wong was chosen to present by an advisory board of top investors from Accel, Battery Ventures, Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Mayfield Fund, Menlo Ventures, and North Bridge Venture Partners. The board selected companies it felt were the most promising startups in today’s market.
