Department of Defense RFID Compliance Package Released by epcSolutions

PRLog (Press Release)Feb 25, 2008 – Great Falls, VA – epcSolutions’ RFIDTagManager, the leading Department of Defense RFID solution platform provider, is now available specifically to meet Department of Defense RFID requirements.

RFIDTagManager for DoD allows suppliers to easily meet the DoD’s RFID requirements for tagging products being sent to RFID enabled locations and creating the electronic Wide Area Work Flow documents for those transactions. Through point-and-click wizards, RFIDTagManager for DoD allows suppliers to setup and configure their RFID hardware and then print and encode DoD compliant RFID labels.

RFIDTagManager for DoD includes WAWF Connections functionality that guides users through creating compliant Receiving Report transactions in WAWF, including Unique Identification (UID) and Pack Data. It will also allow users to send the document to a secure DoD FTP site. RFIDTagManager for DoD, built on epcSolutions’ SensorOS, allows the ability for end users to be able to meet the current DoD RFID requirements with a simple out of the box solution requiring no additional software. RFIDTagManager for the Department of Defense includes a full SQL database, EPCIS and connectivity to all the RFID hardware. RFIDTagManager for DoD is easily integrated with existing ERP and other back end systems such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards and others.
