Today, the company remains true to its Karnataka roots, having expanded its operations to Mysore with the launch of its 5 acre campus in Hebbal. The state of the art facilities will house over 300+ personnel in its first phase and approximately 2000 employees when fully built out. Plans include the build out of a leadership development institute, training center to educate clients and employees on online marketing best practices, Theorem Labs – an innovation center, guest house for visitors, cafeteria, and multiple recreational facilities.
The Bangalore teams are focused on solutions architecture, client ramp up and account management of the blue chip global customer base. Theorem’s Mysore operational center is focused on the actual execution of projects for clients in US, Canada, Europe, Middle East and Australia on a 24/7 basis.

Future plans for growth includes expanding the Bangalore and Mysore teams, working with some of the leading Indian brands seeking Theorem’s expertise in the online market and a London office in first half of 2008 to service its increasing customer base in the European Union.
