The Hispanic Business Initiative Fund (HBIF) presents the first ¡Exito! A Women Entrepreneur Conference on March 21, 2008 at The Westshore Hotel (1200 N. Westshore Blvd.)
Exito means success and it is HBIF’s goal to celebrate the success achieved by local women entrepreneurs. In recent years there has been an increase in women entrepreneurs. The conference will conclude with a luncheon where a panel of successful women will talk about their experiences and how they achieved business success.
The event is open to the public and is sponsored in part by State Farm Insurance and Eastern Financial Florida Credit Union. Participants can attend either the training portion of the conference from 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. or attend the whole event including the luncheon until 2:00 p.m.
“We want to provide new opportunities to women entrepreneurs and share with them the lessons learned by those who have achieved success.” said Yanina Rosario president of HBIF.
