Feb 19, 2008 – Benjamin Homo is a partner in the firm of Mayer Brown, a leading global law firm with offices in key business centers across the Americas, Asia and Europe. Benjamin advises a large number of foreign private equity clients on their acquisitions, financing and real estate transactions. His experience in multi-country transactions makes him well-equipped for this appointment and he has been involved in some of the largest deals in the French market, including a €3 billion acquisition and refinancing of a leading French internet cable group. He is a member of the French Association of Capitol Investors and the ASIC.
Benjamin Homo graduated from the Hautes Etudes Commerciates, University of Paris II, with a Certificate of Specialized Higher Education in International Tax. He lives in Paris, France and is as well-known for his altruistic endeavors as he is for his professional achievements. Benjamin volunteers for Action Against Hunger and contributes to several local charities including MSS. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and traveling.
