Lee Hecht Harrison And Neil Cerbone Associates Partner In China

Neil Cerbone Associates and Lee Hecht Harrison, a division of Adecco Human Capital Solutions, have formed a strategic partnership to deliver training programs in Greater China.

This partnership was formed in response to increasing requests for management and performance training from LHH clients in Greater China. “We strive always to meet our clients’ needs,” says Etta Wong, Director of LHH, Greater China. “In this case, we felt that the best way to meet those needs was with a partner who has strong specialization in the type of training programs that our clients request. NCA has produced very high quality training in the right topics and we were impressed by their capabilities, so it is a good fit for us.”

Beginning in March, LHH will offer a number of NCA’s training programs to clients in China, including:

The new programs and partnership will be publicly introduced to LHH clients on March 28 in Hong Kong. McGregor will then stay on to conduct train the trainer sessions with the LHH facilitators on the programs that they will offer.
