In July, 2006, Geri Boudreau and partner, Leonard Quiles, announced the formation of Equity Builder Realty Group / EBRG, LLC, a boutique firm specializing in residential real estate in the DFW area. Boudreau and Quiles both have prior experience working for large international real estate franchises which has enabled them to combine the superior quality service and marketing of a larger firm, with the personal attention and creativity of a smaller firm.
“My focus continues to be on providing clients with the best representation, not with the most number of Realtors. Anyone can stick a ‘for sale’ sign in a yard, or unlock a door and let you look around. I continually educate myself so that I am familiar with the current market, am the best contract negotiator, and can provide the best customized marketing plan for your property. I also try to keep my clients aware of the latest scams so I can better protect them.” Boudreau studies and seeks out Realtor applicants based on very specific business and ethics qualifications. She does not advertise to the general real estate public to apply for a position with her firm. “I’m not trying to be the biggest – just the best!”
Geri Boudreau has extensive training in the new field of “short sales.” A short sale is when a homeowner owes more than what the house is worth. With this specialized training, Geri Boudreau can guide homeowners through options they may not be aware they have.
Boudreau is also an SRES designee (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). Seniors Real Estate Specialist is a designation for REALTORS® to address the needs of home buyers and sellers age 55-plus. The SRES® Council awards the SRES® Designation to those members who have successfully completed its education program, and completed a requisite number of transactions representing clients age 55-plus.
