Filling in the Gaps for Ministries & Christian Businesses

378 is comprised of highly experienced professionals in the areas of: marketing, branding, sales, electronic and print creative design, leadership development and strategic planning in both corporate and ministry environments.

Feb. 13, 2008 - PRLog -- ATLANTA, GA,  - - With over 225,000 churches with 200 members or less, many pastors find it hard to support or justify having needed services on staff. As a result, churches often do without some basic necessities and operation principles. They find themselves in a reactionary mode because they are unable to plan efficiently. A lack of marketing resources and abilities means a large segment of the community remains untouched by their services and this lack of reach makes it hard to grow.

What is the solution to this conundrum?  How can churches meet the growing needs of their membership and the community without the staff and resources to do so?  378 Consulting Group was created to address these needs.  "We often hear pastors say 'I've done all I know to do but it's just not working'. We've found that the major reason is because Pastors have a call on their life to teach and preach the Gospel and often, running the business side of ministry is not one of their strengths," says Lea Griggs one of the managing partners.  "Because of our experience in both corporate and ministry, we bring the perfect balance of business principles and spiritual principles to help pastors move forward in fulfilling their vision."

To address those specific challenges that ministries and Christian businesses face we created Total Ministry Makeover Seminars. These seminars, which are held throughout the country, provide the foundational principles that fill in the gaps in ministry and business where there is a shortage of professional staff. We alleviate the need to build a big staff to get a big job done. "We show church leaders how to plan effectively, how to build revenue streams that will support their outreach efforts, and we show them how to brand and market their ministry so they have a great impact in their community" says Griggs.

We encourage Pastors, leaders and Christian business owners to attend one of our 2008 Total Ministry Makeover Seminars:

Saturday, March 8th, at DC Virgo Middle School, Wilmington, NC;
Thursday, April 10th, at Youth Life Worship and Praise Center - Orlando, FL.
