Girlpez's Fashion Week in NYC!

PRLog (Press Release) – Feb 11, 2008 – Girlpez Fashion Magazine hit the Big Apple for Fashion Week! Fashion Week is one of the most important events in the fashion industry each year. Top designers come together to showcase their fall collections in various shows at a variety of locations in New York City.
   Girlpez Editor in Chief, Savannah Britt, and fashion intern, Jess Golden, attended two fashion shows that were hosted by USA Fashion Shows. The shows were held in the Majestic Ballroom at The Westin Times Square, and featured shows by designer names Haya Al Houti and Catalin Botezatu.
   Britt described the shows as, “Fun and creative! The Haya Al Houti collection was colorful, and then the Catalin Botezatu show transitioned you to an all black collection! I absolutely loved it!”
   According to Britt, “I plan on taking the fashion magazine industry by storm and can’t wait until the next Fashion Week experience.”
   Coverage from the Fashion Week shows will be featured in the upcoming March-April issue of Girlpez Fashion Magazine.
