Old Fields, WV -- True Blue Coffee Roasters, a 100% Fair Trade coffee roaster located in Old Fields, WV, announced today the addition of two new gourmet Organic Fair Trade coffee blends to their extensive offerings, Ma Sue’s House Blend and Edith Mae’s Sunshine Blend.
“We have been working on these new blends for sometime now,” Rob Luzader, roastmaster and blender said. “Our customers continuously comment on how much they love our blended coffees, and we felt the time was right to add to our repertoire.”
Ma Sue’s House Blend and Edith Mae’s Sunshine Blend, named for the founders’ mothers, are superb mixtures of Organic Fair Trade coffees. They will be available for online purchase at the TrueBlueRoasters.com website and will also be available in select retail stores along the east coast.
Ma Sue’s House Blend is a smooth mellow coffee, with just a hint of spiciness. “That pretty much describes Ma Sue,” Luzader said. “She is a sweet mellow woman, with just enough spice in her life to make it interesting.”
“I never thought I’d have my name on a package of coffee that was in a store,” Sue Newhouse, also known as Ma Sue, said. “I’m really proud they did this. And the coffee is excellent,” she added.
Edith Mae's Sunshine Blend is a more powerful blend combining chocolate-like undertones with a smooth full bodied explosion of flavor. “Edith brings sunshine to all of us, it is only fitting that a blend named for her would be the Sunshine Blend,” Luzader said. “I’m really proud for True Blue Coffee Roasters to be able to offer these gourmet blends.”
