Feb 11, 2008 – Celframe, the leader in alternative software announces today that it has signed a deal to distribute its complete range of product suite including Celframe Office ( An alternative for Microsoft Office ) , Business Solutions, Celframe Internet Security Suite ( Alternative for Norton and McAfee ) in Nigeria.
The agreement is with Abuja-based technology solutions provider Ccewa Technology Systems Limited ( ‘Ccewa’ ). It covers the territory of Nigeria, Africa. Celframe will sell the full range of software products. Ccewa has an established of huge clientele base in the country through its cost effective solutions for the past 6 years and is led by very experienced team of professionals. The highlights of this newly signed distribution agreement provides exposure to the lucrative Nigerian territories, which are currently growing rapidly. The Company will benefit from Ccewa’s strong local ties, which provides scope for further growth in the area; and Celframe is currently working on further expanding its Software’s reach with launches in South Africa, Middle East and several countries in Europe expected in the coming months. This deal further cements Celframe's strategy of expanding its distribution base and provides exposure to the lucrative African territories, which are currently experiencing rapid growth in the PC marketplace. Ccewa has already established strong local ties and the focus will be on penetrating the Educational, Government sectors and markets to form licensing relationships with the OEM manufacturers of Personal Computers. Ccewa will focus on consumer and small business markets with the aim of achieving wide-spread availability of products at prices suitable for the individual territories, where pricing policies must fit local market requirements. Celframe continues to focus on increasing the territorial distribution base for its growing suite of products.
