Roni Deutch and the Nation's Largest Tax Resolution Law Firm Announce New Managing Attorneys

PRLog (Press Release) – Feb 10, 2008 – Roni Deutch (see Roni's Avvo.com profile) is taking further steps to improve the service her law firm provides to customers by promoting two new Managing Attorneys.

As of February 1, 2008, Matthew Ritchie and Justin Hein were officially promoted to Managing Attorneys of Roni Lynn Deutch, A Professional Tax Corporation. This move comes less than one year after the two gentlemen were promoted to Assistant Managing Attorneys. Former Managing Attorney Shawn Ervin will now have the title of Senior Managing Attorney and will henceforth act as an advisor to Mr. Ritchie and Mr. Hein. Together, Matt and Justin will actively run the law firm's daily operations.

Matthew Ritchie's focus was improving the performance of the firm's client intake department. As such, he oversaw the training of new employees and continued training of existing tax directors. He also ensures that potential clients receive excellent client service and an accurate analysis of their financial situation. Consequently, the client intake department had an excellent 2007, with over 6,000 new client enrollments and recently broke the record for the most new client enrollments in January.

Justin Hein's (see Justin's Avvo.com profile) focused on improving the firm's legal department. In the past year, the law firm underwent major changes including a merge of the legal and client service departments. The drastic changes helped improve the access clients have with the attorneys and legal assistants working. The smart telephone system actually sends incoming calls from a client directly to those individuals working on the client's case. This innovation and training resulted in shorter turnarounds for completing work, quicker wait times on incoming calls, and a record number of successful resolutions.
