SPATE Magazine is emerging at one of the top magazines online

PR Log (Press Release) – Feb 09, 2008 – SPATE magazine is now a year and a half old and is already a major player in the magazine world. When you do a search for "hip hop magazine" in google the one year old site turns up in the top urban magazines. Now reaching thousands a day after only a few months. This is a great accomplishment because SPATE magazine was started with very little capital. SPATE magazine was founded by Antoine King and Rondell Maddox. Antoine King used his income as a celebrity trainer to fund the magazine. It started out with an idea in a car on a late night and grew to reach over 500,000 people in only a few months. "This just means it was meant to happen says CEO Antoine King, we are really blessed". SPATE magazine has worked with artists such as 50 cent, LL Cool J, DJ Khaled, Remy Ma, Ras Kass, Joell Ortiz, Styles P, Serius Jones and many others. One of the founders of SPATE magazine Rondell Maddox aka rap artist MadMan is a popular rap artist from Yonkers New York. MadMan recently won two competitions in the New York area. SPATE magazine recently released a cartoon called MadMan the drunk reporter, a cartoon interview with 50 cent and it received 50,,000 views in only 7 days. SPATE communications is the main company and SPATE Magazine, SPATE Films, SPATE TV and a few other companies fall under this umbrella.
