In an effort to further empower Tampa Bay’s Real Estate associates, the local National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) chapter – also the first chapter to be established in the state of Florida – features business experts and motivators on a monthly basis, at its member’s luncheon at the Rusty Pelican Restaurant in Tampa.
On January 9th, 2008, attorney Kristopher Fernandez enlightened the membership with case samples and procedural guidance in regards to the common practice of property leases with the option to purchase. He further expanded on suggested dos and don’ts, ending with a very interactive question and answer session with the attendees.
Attorney Fernandez is one of only 18 attorneys (among over 4300 legal counsels on the board) to be uniquely certified as a “specialist in real estate law” in the state of Florida. He is also a proud and good standing member of the Tampa Bay NAHREP chapter.
