Feb 08, 2008 – The Synergy Hospitality Group, an Orlando-based hospitality management company, in conjunction with Amateur Radio Newline has announced the redesign and launch of the Young Ham of the Year Award website.
“The Synergy Hospitality Group is proud to support Amateur Radio Newsline and it’s commitment to today’s youth.” Says Kevin Boudreaux, Synergy’s CEO and 1993 Young Ham of the Year Award recipient. “Today’s youth is surrounded by negative media, violence and a lack of positive role models in the world for them to look to. The hobby of Amateur Radio teaches young individuals enormous technical skills in addition to helping them build and expand their interpersonal skills. As a company, we felt it very important to assist Amateur Radio Newsline in getting it message out to the masses through this new, state of the art website.”
