Dr. Robert German has been named an Honored Member in Science by Princeton Premier.

PRLog (Press Release) – Feb 06, 2008 – Dr. Robert German is currently the Associate Director for Science for the Center of Disease Control and Prevention, Division of Cancer Prevention and Control.  In this capacity, Dr. German represents his division both internally and externally.  His extensive experience in cancer surveillance and his sincere interest in Medicine make him well-suited for this position.  

In addition to performing the responsibilities of his professional position, Dr. German manages to find time to enjoy some of his favorite hobbies, which include reading, exercising and hiking.  Dr. German is practiced at the art of time management.  He worked full-time while attending medical school and considers earning his PhD in Epidemiology from the University of South Carolina to be one of the most significant events in his life.  

While his plans for the near future include retirement, Dr. Robert German will continue to contribute to science well afterwards.  It is exactly this type of commitment that makes him a leader in the field of science and a welcome addition to the 2008-2009 Princeton Premier Registry
