Bluesman Doug MacLeod to Start Extensive European Tour February 29

One of the last remaining Bluesmen who learned from the old masters, MacLeod has lived the music, survived the life, and now continues to carry forward that valuable tradition. Within the blues world, he is known for his quality recordings which feature superb songwriting, guitar wizardry, warm soulful vocals, wit, and unforgettable live performances.

From 1992 to 1994 Doug hosted The Blues Highway, a weekly 4-hour radio show for EuroJazz.

The Blues Foundation has nominated Doug for the 2008 Blues Music Awards in the category Acoustic Blues Artist of the Year.
