Queens, New York -- Baltia Air Lines, (OTCBB "BLTA") January 08, the company entered into a contract with Navtech for chart, weather, flight planning, airport data, in route data, and weight and balance services.
Baltia’s plans to provide high quality three-class passenger service, and cargo and mail transportation to the former capital cities of the Soviet Union. Baltia plans to start its flight operations in the late spring or early summer of 2008.
