Two New Partners at ProVision

PRLog (Press Release) – Jan 30, 2008 – ProVision is pleased to announce the promotion to partner of two of its senior managers, Rondi Habern, a CPA with over 25 years experience, and Scott Snow, a CPA with over 15 years experience.  With the promotion of Rondi and Scott, ProVision is now a 5-partner firm, with senior and junior professionals to consult with clients on simple and complex matters involving tax, business, and wealth strategies.

Rondi Habern specializes in consulting with clients on a wide variety of tax, business, and wealth strategies.  She is passionate about enabling clients to create a clear path to their financial freedom.  Her professional experience includes owning her own CPA firm to the accounting departments of a national mid-sized company and a Fortune 50 company.  Rondi joined ProVision in 2004 as a Manager.  A year later she was promoted to Senior Manager.  Not only dedicated to her professional career, Rondi loves doing her own real estate investing.  Rondi graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a BA in Accounting and an MBA in Business Administration.  

Scott Snow joined our team as a Tax Director in January of 2006.  He came to us from Idaho where he was the managing partner of an accounting firm. He is passionate about accounting and taxes, relishing the challenge in finding the best possible solution for every client.  Scott's experience of running his own accounting firm helps him relate and understand the problems and concerns of other business entrepreneurs.  He specializes in helping clients develop their wealth strategies and using tax savings to help them accumulate wealth. He graduated with a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Utah State University

Rondi and Scott join three other ProVision partners, including the firm’s founder:

Tom Wheelwright - Tom Wheelwright is not only the founder and CEO of Provision, but he is the creative force behind ProVision Wealth Strategists.  Tom has a wide variety of professional experience, ranging from Big 4 accounting, where he managed the professional training for thousands of CPA's in the national office to in-house tax advisor for a Fortune 1000 company. Tom is a published author on partnership and corporation tax strategies and his ideas have been featured in two books in the Rich Dad Poor Dad™ series. In addition to his frequent lectures on wealth and tax strategies, Tom is an adjunct professor in the Masters of Tax program at Arizona State University. The founder of ProVision, Tom is responsible for innovating new consulting services for ProVision's premium clientele and for marketing ProVision services worldwide. In addition to his management responsibilities, Tom still likes to coach select clients on their wealth, business and tax strategies. Tom has his master's degree in taxation from the University of Texas at Austin and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Utah.

Rob Deines – Rob spent the first 12 year of his career with the Big 4 serving a diverse client base of international clientele in a wide variety of industries including professional sports franchises, personal service companies and manufacturers.  He joined ProVision 4 years ago to serve ProVision's premium clientele and has been the partner in charge of the Arizona Tax Practice for over three years.  He enjoys working with clients to develop and implement strategies to maximize the profitability of their business and investments while minimizing their tax liability.  Rob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.  Rob graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelor Degree both in Accounting and Finance.  

Ann Mathis – Ann is the Firm’s partner in charge of marketing.  She specializes in creating business and individual tax and wealth strategies for sophisticated investors and business owners.  She has particular expertise in the real estate and professional service industries.  Her experience includes several years with the Phoenix office of a Big 4 tax practice.  She has been a partner in the Firm since 2001.  Ann is an expert in systems innovation for small businesses and complex tax strategy design for wealthy investors.  She creates custom approaches for clients to maximize their passive income streams while minimizing their overall tax liability.  Ann has her Master’s Degree in Taxation from Arizona State University.
